The Commission on Equity and Opportunity’s mission is to inform and engage all policy makers about constituent needs for the African American, Asian American, Pacific Islander, and Latino and Puerto Rican populations in Connecticut. We are a nonpartisan agency with a data driven, cross-cultural approach to policy innovation. We work to eliminate disparities by creating opportunities, building connections and promoting change. We partner with many agencies and organizations that share our vision, interests and common goals to improving our communities.
